PF800 consists of a motor,a rotary shaft,imported rotary knife,fixed knife,frame,working platform,screen mesh ,body and discharging door.
Fixed knives are installed on the frame behind the solid rotary shaft where the moving knives are bolted.Moving knives are specially designed into four-angle shape,when blunt customers could change the angle for recycling using.
A hydraulic cylinder drove by hydraulic ram continually pushes the material chamber moving back and forward to get the material multi-angle shredding.Two travel switches are fitted near the side jampans to control the movement.A screen mesh is needed sometimes to ensure materials is shredded even further.
